I partnered with a construction company to design a fully customizable proposal system in Adobe InDesign, creating a scalable tool that enables their team to produce polished, on-brand proposals efficiently and consistently.

Designed with flexibility and long-term usability in mind, the template features a cohesive layout system, branded typography, color styles, paragraph and character styles, and a library of reusable design assets that simplify the creation of future proposals while maintaining a consistent visual identity.

Beyond the template itself, I developed a suite of supporting assets to accommodate a variety of content needs and proposal types. To ensure successful adoption, I led three comprehensive training sessions with the company's marketing team, providing hands-on guidance for customizing the template and establishing best practices for ongoing use.

The final deliverable was more than a template—it was a complete design system that streamlined their proposal process, improved brand consistency, and empowered the team to create professional, client-ready presentations with confidence.
